Ingredients

3 cans of whole kernel corn

3 cans of cream style corn

1 can of Rotel tomatoes

2 cans of stewed tomatoes

1 quart of V8 juice

1 bag of chopped seasoning (onions, peppers, shallots found in frozen food section or produce department)

3 cans of chicken broth

1 package cubed ham

1 package Tasso

1 package of andouille sausage or any smoked sausage

Directions

Sauté onions, peppers and shallots. Chop the sausage and tasso into bite-sized pieces. Add the ham, tasso, and sausage to pot and sauté. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
